  • What is included in the subscription?
    Our subscription includes the scheduled pickup and return of your trash cans on designated collection days. We ensure your cans are placed curbside the evening before pickup and returned after collection—so you never have to worry about it.
  • How do I sign up?
    Signing up is easy! Just visit our pricing / plans page, choose your plan, and fill out the short form. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your service is scheduled.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel at any time with no penalties. Simply contact our customer support team or log into your account and request a cancellation.
  • What areas do you service?
    We currently serve customers throughout the East Valley, including: Gilbert Chandler Mesa Queen Creek San Tan Valley Apache Junction Tempe Don’t see your area listed? Reach out—we may still be able to help!
  • When will my cans be moved?
    Your trash cans will be moved to the curb the evening before your scheduled collection day, and returned to their original location within a few hours after pickup.
  • Do I need to be home during service?
    Nope! Our service is designed to be completely hands-off. As long as your cans are accessible (not locked in a garage or behind a gate), we’ll handle everything.
  • How do I update my service or change my plan?
    You can contact our team directly or log into your account to request changes. We’re happy to adjust your plan as your needs evolve.
  • What if my pickup day changes or gets delayed?
    We track municipal collection schedules and will notify you of any changes due to holidays, weather, or delays. You’ll always be in the loop with our service reminders.
  • Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
    No long-term contracts here! Our service is month-to-month, so you’re free to pause, upgrade, or cancel whenever needed.
