Terms and Conditions – Trash Can Curbside Service

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of trash can curbside services provided by Can Kings. By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer the scheduled movement of your garbage, recycling, and/or compost bins to and from the curbside on your community’s designated collection days.

Standard Services may include:

• Moving trash/recycling/compost bins from your home to the curb.

• Returning bins to their storage location after collection.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure bins are accessible (not locked, obstructed, or in unsafe locations).

• Place only acceptable waste in the bins per your municipal guidelines.

• Inform us of any changes in collection schedules or address.

3. Service Schedule

Services are based on the local municipality's collection calendar. In case of holidays, delays, or weather interruptions, we will adjust accordingly and communicate changes.

Services will begin the following week.

4. Payment Terms

• Service fees are billed monthly and must be paid in advance.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of Services.

5. Cancellation

• You may cancel services at any time.

• We reserve the right to cancel services due to non-payment, unsafe conditions, or repeated violations.

6. Access and Liability

• You grant us permission to access your property for the sole purpose of moving bins.

• We are not liable for damage to bins, property, or trash not directly caused by negligence on our part.

• We are not responsible for bins that are missed due to inaccessible locations, early collection, or schedule changes not communicated to us.

7. Inclement Weather and Unforeseen Events

Service may be delayed or skipped due to weather, road closures, or other unsafe conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in such cases.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
